AFFORDABLE LIVING GUIDELINES

Here at Presidium 183 we are proud to offer an Affordable Living program. This program requires our team to verify certain income information annually. Upon submission of your application, we will require you to fill out a tenant income certification with your signature.  Any applicant or applicants living in one of our Affordable Living homes must qualify under the income limits listed below:

Affordable Living Program Income Limits:

 

Income Limit: 60%

Total yearly income for applicants by household size

1 Person Household	2 Person Household
$56,220	$64,260

 

Income Limit: 80%

Total yearly income for all applicants cannot exceed $107,040

(1-4 person household)

 

Income Limit: 140%

Total yearly income for all applicants cannot exceed $187,320

(1-4 person household)

 

Application Requirements:

Qualifications: 2.5x the monthly rent of selected unit

 

Acceptable forms of proof of income include:

•The most recent 6 weeks of pay stubs

•The most recent 2 years of tax returns

•Income verification from your current employer (This can include an offer letter)

•Income verification from the Social Security Administration (SSA)
